CloudMD OTC: DOCRF $0.54 Canadian Stock Exchange: CSE $0.75 Description: Tele-Medicine SAAS platform for consumers to see doctors via video chat in Canada. Why I like the business model: Faster access to healthcare, initial appointments, electronic medical records so continued service, less hoops to get specialist consultations, Canadian govt saves, prescription drug access on demand. Covid is giving them the perfect market environment to fast forward growth and model. Stats and Recent News: -Cashflow positive ops from a handful of actual clinics in Canada (with 3MM patients) -Recently acquired tech company and developed the telemedicine platform -100k consumer subscribers already (not even going after their 3MM existing patients with charts) -3,000+ doctors on their network (in some form) already -Great App store/Google Play reviews thus far -New Chairman with established track record of 2 exits -Raised $10MM but oversubscribed & went to $12MM at C$0.70 +warrant for 0.5 share at $1 -Signed a deal for kiosks at the largest Canadian grocery store for free (for consumer) pharmacy consultations
Liking this more and more. Lots of seeds planted to grow in Canada with Save-On-Foods & USA with IDYA4. Like that their institutional funding has warrants attached higher at $0.73 for DOCRF (c$1 for DOC.CN) Chairman also paid via options that are breakeven at these levels. Feeling strong about the support at $0.54 DCORF (c$0.75 DOC.CN) Chairman (Mark Kohler) Paid: Pursuant to the terms of a services agreement (the “Services Agreement”), a total of 150,000 Shares will be issued to Mark Kohler in consideration for advisory services provided to the Company in his capacity as Director and Chairman. The common shares are being issued as a shares for services transaction, at a deemed price of $0.75 per common share

Tide is changing for CloudMD. Recent weakness has been from shares in their previous capital raises being unlocked. July 20th 4.9M shares at 0.48 became free trading July 30th 1.4M shares became free trading Based on recent volume amounts (since July 24 unlock) and short volume it looks like people who wanted out from the last round are out. 95k shares bought by insiders the last 3 few weeks by insiders (mostly the chairman) in the open market Valuation is 2x forward sales whereas WELL is 8.5x. The great CEO Presentation (yesterday) on Wallstreet Reporter: I encourage you to watch if you have any interest in telemedicine. Up after yesterdays presentation, which was great and they will get more attention when they make that presentation at the Cannacord conference! Questions in presentation asking about international expansion, new features, etc and CEO confidently said watch out for announcements. Presenting at the Canaccord Genuity 40th Annual Global Growth Conference August 12th at 10am
Obviously for any newbies look at the price on the TSX Ventues which is updated sooner than DOC.V on other sites. Convert last price of DOC.V from CAD to USD and bid competitively with DOCRF Don't just buy between bid and ask of DOCRF, which can be inflated.
For every 500 shares, you can get 1 $TDOC? You're joking, right? This company is 68¢, and dropping. I wouldn't merge this with a piece of toast. It will ruin my breakfast.
You're free to buy whatever you want. People freely pump up whatever they want. As if it's socially acceptable to pump and dump bad stocks..... I will be honest about something I don't like.
You can put screenshots of Cramer up all you want. I worked on Wall street and actually know when penny stock funraises are purely dillutive, with institutional investors dragging prices down indefinitely with poorly structured deals. I watched Cramer when I was in high school and am working on my masters in econ and finance now so I'm a bit ahead of you. Share price doesn't matter, valuation does so I suggest you take a finance course and do a little more research than Cramer if you want to talk. You can buy 1 share of TDOC at more than 21x EV/Revenue with 25% growth, or you can invest in a small cap stock that is growing revenues 100% and valued at 1.8x fwd sales to EV. Also there is about ~30% insider ownership at this company, many executives being paid mostly in options so they are aligned with shareholders, and a significant amount of insider buying recently. Chairman is only paid in stock but still buying more. The reason it was down recently is because they had an oversubscribed fundraising round and some people were taking profits, which naturally happens, but they have warrants priced higher and based on volume, short selling reports this seems to be dried up now. The CEO has done multiple interviews recently I suggest you look at some of those since you're more of a visual learner than a real researcher. The main catalysts going forward are a potential eCommerce partnership with Saveon pharmacy, major hurdles are integrating their recent technology like Snapclarity and making more out of their recent brick and mortar clinics that they are buying (at great valuations because of the value prop of telemedicine to doctors). Also they need to start showing organic revenue growth. Well.to is a more appropriate comparable. I miss when people on this site did research instead of beginners being the loudest most annoying voices in the room. Hope everyone enjoyed my picks thus far -VSTO doubled -TACO up 40% -CloudMD is only up 16.6% since my initial call It was bit of a bumpy ride along the way so I apologize and will try and do better. Good luck everyone and more than happy to continue contributing to people that do research.
Also here is where you can watch the Cannacord conference Conference link here: https://wsw.com/webcast/canaccord42/doc.v/ Cannacord's update after the conference is below. They are the most conservative in regards to DOC of the analysts that cover it. Add value, not noise...
Here's where you can watch the CEO's most recent presentations (First presentation) (First Q&A session) (Final Q&A with investors before the Canncacord conference)
From a technical perspective the primary principles are: supply versus demand, effort versus result, and cause versus effect. In order for a stock to be significantly and sustainably marked up, the stock for sale, the supply of stock, must be small. An incremental increase in demand is of little effect if the supply available to the market is abundant. Consequently the strong hands need to accumulate as many shares as they can and lock them in a box so they are not available to the market. Thus the need for a trading range where either accumulation or distribution by the strong hands takes place. During accumulation the strong hands buy the low of the range and sell at the top of the range to contain the price and then buy more at the lows (net buying over time). The time, or more accurately the number of cycles, an asset spends within a trading range (cause) is an indication of the price-rise (or price-drop) that can be sustained (effect). This stock bottomed one year ago, August 2019, and built cause until April 20th, 2020 when it showed strength and jumped out of the trading range. Using Point and Figure charting techniques (without time) the cause built in that range was enough to propel the stock to 1.68. As is often the case, opportunities to take profits are taken by the strong hands when the price gets out of control and a stepping-stone re-accumulation is necessary (Why? Because there is once again too much stock in weak hands, hands that are too quick to sell during mark-up, e.g., the weak hands that got trapped in that overheated run-up which I show on the chart as being ignored.). The re-accumulation began May 5th and it is now at a point where the re-accumulation cause can effect a price to 1.90. It is more than ready to pop once again. It just needs a catalyst to entice the funds and specs into buying the limited number of shares available. 2-cent-box by 3-box reversal Point and Figure: An example of the Effort versus Result principle is exemplified by the last column of red "O"s in the chart. The volume (effort) on that down move should have taken the price (result) much lower. The fact that it did not indicates that big buyers (strong hands) were absorbing (re-absorbing) the selling (weak hands sell on declines, they don't buy them).
Nice, good way to look at it. Never got too deep into point and figure charts but it does describe the price action in a much more organized way thanks OP.
Cheers on the breakout everyone Great founder, chairman, team, expansion, etc. Sold a big position here (even though it may run) but still holding a long term position. May buy back more after earnings which are due by end of August.
More excited than ever about this. They had a YouTube live session yesterday and I encourage you to watch it. They do have an uber-like model for doctors to be on their platform and it’s growing at 30% They are growing app usage and app ratings. Last week they had to cancel a conference because a group of investors stopped them and offered another $13 million (not broker led, investor led!) at the past weeks closing price!! Wasn’t just any capital raise it was big investors clamoring to give them cash. From what I heard many who heard about it wanted in and couldn’t. They now have $26 million now to grow and compete. Big move into mental health and chronic care. Hired a rockstar Chief innovation officer This is honestly turning into a full fledged great company making amazing strides in Canada and the US. The CEO said 75% of his calls these days are with US investors! Can’t post on this site as much but keep good things going and participate more in posts everyone. If you don’t know as much just ask questions and others will be happy to help. All the best. ✌
Doubted the company for a bit because App Store usage was not moving etc and thought that purchasing organic revenue was all they had but they are doing a lot of things well and feeling good about it so still have my long term position and bought more this week at higher prices.
