The total contract sum for the engagement is HK$4,000,000. The services scope covered the provision of skilled technical personnel, assistance with design development, planning and coordination activities, and collaboration with Zenith HK’s team. The project was completed as scheduled in June 2025”
Form 10 has the agreement between GAC Energy and IDVV’s subsidiary (ModuLink InnoTech) - shows they will be the ONLY distributor (or sole source) of GAC’s EV chargers in Honk Kong and UK if they meet sales targets. Profit will come from the sales of the EV chargers. ModuLink recently became a registered electrical contractor.
