VivoSim Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: VIVS) is gaining investor attention following a research report highlighting its AI-powered drug toxicity platform and growing FDA momentum behind human-relevant New Approach Methodologies (NAMs). The company’s NAMkind™ 3D human liver and intestinal tissue models have reported approximately 91% predictive accuracy for liver toxicity and up to 96% accuracy predicting drug-induced diarrhea, while commercialization is expanding through initial China contracts and APAC distribution relationships.

VivoSim has reiterated guidance for 500%+ fiscal 2027 revenue growth from its NAM-based contract research business and recently reported approximately $10.1 million in cash, supported in part by a $5 million milestone payment from Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) related to a previously divested inflammatory bowel disease program. VivoSim has stated it remains eligible for up to an additional $45 million in potential milestone payments if specified development and commercial milestones are achieved.
