Well when Michael Burry first announced his Gamestop trade I remember it was around 4-5 bucks, I thought he lost his mind and that Gamestop was a terrible trade even for a short squeeze deep value play. I'd always believed in the Wykoff method and that the Creek and all these places were significant because bigger players were causing these events to occur and now GME is the perfect example with proof. Not only does it include a textbook creek jump but on the daily it even shows a break in the ice on low volume before running through the creek straight to the naked poc.

Long term, upon a break out, Silver should have wings to $50 or $60 . A 50-cent by 3-box reversal point and figure base count gives a target of $55 and the re-accumulation count gives a target of $62. This market is more than ready to break out.

Yep, UUUU is on my shopping list. It's been outperforming CCJ. I'm also into oil.

Thanks for the heads-up on zinc. Another small space like uranium. XPL is looking good. Got any other suggested names in zinc?

Relative sector performance over the last 13 trading days shows Energy, Financials, Industrials, and Materials outperforming.

    upload_2021-2-22_17-5-10.png

Tech is done. Industrials are mostly ranging and could be topping, e.g., CAT and DE bulged up and out of their 9-month uptrend channels today (oversold). Materials are mixed and Energy is going strong with room to rise.

10 Year Treasury Rate: approaching parity with S&P 500 dividend yield. Will the Fed intervene on longer-term rates? Probably. The Fed has said they won't allow rates to normalize until inflation expectations pick up. Expecting it at 1.40% on the 10 year. So we're near the tipping point. What the gold market has been worried about was the danger of higher real rates (nominal rates going higher faster than inflation). With fed intervention on nominal rates the danger will be elapsed which will be the green light for gold to go higher.
