Probably from earnings still is my guess people had a chance top read it over the weekend, word got out etc...

I couldn't resist and I know it has risen a lot but I got 10 5.50's expiring Jan 2018 The 7$ calls just aren't worth it with the 5.50s being ITM already. Small position well see how this plays out.

Since the June 20th close AMD has went from 5.40 to 6.70 close a gain of 24% setting a new 52 week high @6.95. It blew through my short term price target of 6.30 and 5 cents short of my mid-term price target of $7 With that I took profits on 10% of my shares and sold all of my 07-29-16 $6 calls and half of my 08-19-16 $6 calls which I have a bigger position in. I still hold all my JAN 20 2017 $5.50 and $7 calls that have literally went through the roof. By the way for those that remember or want to go through this thread the 10% sell of my shares was from my $4 calls that I did not want to sell at the time. FIFO might not agree but that was the plan from expiration. \

10/4 that Gil. Lisa Su is determined to push AMD to new limits in the industry. What I am hoping for is they replace NVDA in the billion plus deal when it expires in 2017
Strong showing, but I bought Aug 26 $6.50 puts @ .29 when it went over $7 for a quick trade. I am expecting this to take a bit of a dip tomorrow to cool off. Already a little bit down from the high of the day.
