It appears the short network was back in action in today's trading. Even with a drop of of 3.21% AMD is only one RSI point from being overbought. Competitors NVDA and INTC were down slightly. The difference in drops can be attributed to short interest. If the shorts decide to increase pressure we could see a lower price until the big boys see a buying op. We have seen this scenario before.
The shorts are all over AMD this morning. There is no negative news that I can find. What ever the driver is for the shorts it will probably come out later, it usually does. This might be a good time to buy some calls a month out or longer

I saw that too, good analysis. I currently have $6.50 puts, but I'm probably going to sell them this week - maybe even today.
I dont understand this one... Their price target is 4 cent higher from the current price and they have a BUY rating on that? Weird
