Amazon sought 'retaliation' when it fired worker who led coronavirus walkout: NY AG New York State Attorney General Letitia James told Yahoo Finance on Tuesday that her office is “considering their legal options” against Amazon (AMZN) over its decision to fire a warehouse manager who led a walkout over coronavirus protections. On The Move” on Tuesday, the same day New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said the city was investigating the firing.">“It's really unfortunate that Amazon would terminate an employee who bravely stood up to protect himself and his colleagues,” James told Yahoo Finance’s “On The Move” on Tuesday, the same day New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said the city was investigating the firing. “My office is considering their legal options and we are also calling upon the National Labor Relations Board to investigate, to stand up for employees who wanted to organize and to stand against an employer, management, who basically wanted to seek retaliation,” she added. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/amaz...-led-coronavirus-walkout-ny-ag-195951868.html

Depends on your outlook. Is it too high? Should it go down some more? Is this the dip, to buy on the dip? Will the price go up? Is stock going to split? All speculation. Nobody can tell. I bought a sweatshirt. Pullover. Hooded. Fruit of the Loom. Cotton. $2. Free shipping. Got it in 2 days. So if you buy, and it goes up, you know that my $2 pushed the price up Or you can see why stock is dropping. $20 shirts going off the shelf at $2.
hark! what is that sifting sound? could it be the sands of time flowing through an hour glass before amazon splits? get on board now. there will be quick cash to be made in the short run.
I have been on this one for a while, I run technology for work and amazon web services is still the dominant player, not to mention the $1b in earnings last quarter. Even with Bezos moving away from CEO role, new price target was set at $4k on cnbc. Jeff Bezos to step down as Amazon CEO after record-smashing 2020 (msn.com)
I'm still holding my AMZN shares as well. Bezos stepping down doesn't really scare me because of their market dominance.
solid earnings report, target upgrade to $4k, and trades down today. Oh well, I am in for the long haul, this is a blue chip to hold.
This is not looking good. Any possible upcoming news that could get this to buck the downtrend? Relative to QQQ index:
Interesting... I guess there is another way to look at this. The FANG and TSLA stocks have done the heavy lifting so far, but now the broader market is pushing a bit while they all go sideways?
I'll cut you some slack and leave your video up this time. We're not a forum for self-promotion though. Either give a summary of your video in the text of your post for those who don't want to watch so you're adding value to this forum, or we'll just have to moderate your posts in the future.
Probably a small part of it, but not the main reason. Its no secret that Trump did not like Bezos and would totally block anything he could from going to Amazon.
Amazon Games is currently running a closed beta for New World, its first attempt at an MMO. Its going pretty good. Big viewership on twitch yesterday and today, servers are solid and holding up, although there were big queues to get in on the NA servers.
