Account is currently locked. Robinhood thinks I have tripped the PDT threshold. I think the issue is the multiple buys of the same security and sells the same day. Will work through the issue and update when possible
Yeah good luck on that @AverageJoesTrades they can lock your account for some time depending how much you crossed the DT line
Only thing is that I already had shares from the day before. Never should've sold the shares I just purchased that day.
Alright, I'm back in business. Got everything ironed out with Robinhood. I've liquidated all my positions and am currently up $75.02
In the time that I was battling Robinhood I found that their API is very friendly for interfacing with algorithmic platforms. I coded and algorithm that systematically checks what I had been manually checking in seconds rather than hours every night. I did change the code to look above 1.00 and to ensure there were to purchases and sales of the same stock on the same day - thus complying with Robinhoods inability to recognize FIFO. I will continue to post my live trades (when possible) and recap at the end of the day my positions and overall account balance. As stated before my account balance is currently $3,075.02
