I think I am going to invest and would really appreciate a second opinion. They are offering a return based on 20% of their gross revenue which is rare. Most of the time, companies only offer the return based on 10% or less.
Man, I would recommend looking at cleaning services. This is a good business for investment nowadays. People are bothered about cleanliness, even I order emop cleaner twice a month. I think cleaning services will become more popular in the near future.
