    Cedar Realty Trust, Inc is a fully-integrated real estate investment trust which focuses on the ownership, operation and redevelopment of grocery-anchored shopping centers in high-density urban markets from Washington, DC to Boston.

    The Company's portfolio (excluding properties treated as "held for sale") comprises 58 properties, with approximately 8.7 million square feet of gross leasable area.

    Cedar Realty Trust (CDR) Q4 FFO Match Estimates

    Cedar Realty Trust (CDR) came out with quarterly funds from operations (FFO) of $0.11 per share, in line with the Zacks Consensus Estimate. This compares to FFO of $0.13 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

    A quarter ago, it was expected that this real estate investment trust would post FFO of $0.11 per share when it actually produced FFO of $0.12, delivering a surprise of 9.09%.
