Cognetivity is a medical software application used to help detect and diagnose Dementia and Alzheimer's in patients early.

This news today is a big deal, receiving this ISO certification! It is required for a medical device approval with Health Canada, NHS, and other governing bodies in Europe and Australia etc (FDA doesn’t require this cerification).

They are in the middle of their final study (a third party clinical validation study) which will be completed shortly, and with this ISO 13485 certification will allow them approval from many countries such as Canada, USA, Australia, and the E.U.

Many near to mid term catalysts and major coverage from many investment publications, such as Fobes, Bloomberg, Globe & Mail, and others. (I’ll post links in comments)

Low market cap $12mil USD. Very tight share structure.

I’ll continue my DD on this thread. Comments and other DD are certainly welcomed!

    CGN.c NEWS.

    http://www.newswire.ca/en/releases/archive/March2019/27/c6782.html

This is an incredible news release that explains how Cognetivity’s ‘Integrated Cogenitive Assessment’ (ICA) works and correlates to the huge advances in blood plasma neurofilament light (NfL). If you don’t know what NfL is here are a couple links to get your started.

    https://milbankmonitor.com/medical-...rain-damage-years-before-symptoms/17/03/2019/

    https://alzres.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13195-018-0404-9

NfL is a blood test that has been used successfully to detect M.S. And recently has been proven to detect brain damage and mental health issues such as Dementia and Alzheimers long before the traditional methods of detection could do so. Cogentivity’s ICA results have a 0.79 correlation to the results of NfL tested patients. This is BIG NEWS! Patients will no longer have to do an invasive test that takes days/weeks to get results back from a lab. They could now do Cognetivity’s 5 min test while waiting to see their GP/Doctor. Once uploaded to the Cloud the doctor can then review results, and if there are any signs or issues with the test results, at that point the doctor can refer the patient for an NfL test to confirm if there is a mental health issue like Dementia or Alzheimer’s.

This is also important for pharmaceutical companies running drug tests on candidates to see if the drug being administered can reverse or stop the symptoms of Alzheimer’s/Dementia/etc. Drug companies have to prove their drug does what they claim and these cognitive assessments (similar to CGN’s ICA) are one of the ways they do that. From my understanding the best correlation out there from other cognitive assessment tests is 0.39; and now CGN’s assessment has a independent study verifying a 0.79 correlation to the NfL test (That’s 2X better than any other assessment)

IMO this is MASSIVE news and another validation of their technology. No wonder Insurance companies are wanting to use this.

This got me pretty excited! Everyone looks for a mentor that they can look to, to replicate for success. These screenshots show that both Baron Group and Rockshield Capital know how to spot success. My favourite, and the one I believe will be the next big winner for both of these investment groups is Cogentivity (CSE:CGN). I’ve been posting a lot about them over the last weeks, insiders hold a heavy position and the company has been hitting many milestones. If you want a proven system look at these success stories from their sites and some info I’ve gathered below.

    - Baron helped take iAnthus Capital holdings public by working with the exchange to get them listed. They’ve participated in financings when the company had a market cap of $23.6Mil and now it is valued at $389Mil (1.40/share and now trading at 7.43/share). They also participate in ongoing pub. Co. management.

    - Baron Group also took Novo Resources public in an IPO. They have participated in financings and have helped grow the company to a market cap of $476Mil.

    - Baron Group has been involved with Helius since day one - took Helius public through a reverse take over and have been involved in capital raises and apart of pub co management. Started them at .50c and now trading over $9.00 and a market cap of about 250mil! Rockshield has also been involved in Helius.

    - Rockshield helped with investment and raises in Green Organic Dutchman. TGOD now trades with a $1.3Billion market cap.

The connection between these two investment groups is that they both financially backed many MANY successful companies, proving these groups can spot and know what success looks like! And they are BOTH backing Cognetivity (CSE:CGN).

    Cognetivity CSE:CGN

Excellent short 30min podcast on Cognetivity's technology and its application with COO Tom Sawyer. A couple things he touches on:
    • The final Validation study being done in the U.K. and a timeline for its completion and FDA approval.
    • The revenue generating partnership with Dacadoo and that we can expect to hear more about this soon.
    • They've done other studies on Cognitive impairment above and beyond Dementia and Alzheimer. They are working on concussion and sports head/brain trauma, as well as successfully shown a correlation with Multiple Sclerosis.
    • Explains how the A.I. (artificial intelligence) will work with their cognitive test and how it will help identify what issues the client may be having.
