Who holds the majority of near junk corporate debt? Is it being rebundled and resold a la 'Big Short' 2008 ? Whose buying it? If the answer is banks, a reason for their stock market decline?
Question source: WSJ James Mackintosh Sept. 20, 18 "There Have Never Been So Many Bonds That Are Almost Near Junk."

When stock picking, trying to select on the basis of financial strength, what guidelines to use.............
Schwab's debt: equity ratio, Value Line's Safety rating, or Morning Stars' financial strength?

    Thanks,
