   Can someone please explain to me or provide a formula how to sum 5 1m candles in to 1 candle interval 5m.
   
   I tried to use th Average formula but it didn't work properly.

   I have no idea about your formula, but you just need 4 data points and not the average of the period.
   The highest high in the period.
   The lowest low.
   The opening price, the closing price.
