Looking at LOV entry here in the lower 4's depending on how the daily action goes (Currently $4.85 ask) They just reported earnings and had good numbers at first glance, but diving into it. They're a smaller cap dating service with brands like Zoosk, EliteSingles, Jdate, Christian Mingle, eDarling, JSwipe, SilverSingles, etc. $129 million market cap They're the only public competition left to the giant that is Match group. Berlin based. Will post more qualitative research later.

Held up really well at $4.50, glad I'm in and now consolidating at $4.85 towards the close. 6.63 fwd EV/EBTIDA Revenue grew 110% this quarter year over year 3 year CAGR revenue is 26% Trades at a big discount compared to MTCH (43 fwd EV/EBITDA) and is only growing at revenues at a 3 year CAGR of 16.4% Had a bit of a selloff when they merged with Zoosk earlier this year as shareholders locked up shares and then sold. The transition wasn't exactly smooth hence the decline, but lots of room to cut costs. They are moving to quarterly reporting this year. Online dating sector is very hot because of covid. They have a bunch of niche names, some of the top religious dating sites that will have a dedicated customer base but also have Zoosk which caters to the broader market and will gain subscribers off of people rotating between different major dating apps. The street has price targets from $13.5 - $20 Love the valuation, great quarter and just closed at 4.92 so very happy with today.
