Neowise the comet is passing through Earth's viewpoint this month on its 7,000+ year loop around the sun. This is a one in four chance in an average humans lifespan to see a comet with the naked eye at night. The comet is most visible approx. 45min after dusk and 45min before dawn at approximately 15deg above the horizon to the north. Have you had a chance to view it? for the next week, it will be showing itself in the best viewing angle for the naked eye at approximately 2" in length in the night sky. Post up some pictures if you can!
