Most trading platforms will have a drawing tool for fib retracement grids and fib extensions; even the free tradeview.com. Search this site for "forex peace army". I posted a link for their basic training pages which go over fib usage and lots of other stuff. Pivot points are also good gages for momentum. Loeb's book is in the public domain and available on the internet archive. EDIT: For raw data downloading, the yahoo finance historical data page is the long running standby but now there are others. I think google finance makes it easy too.
Sorry, using my phone, it is tradingview.com for free historical charts and not-bad real time data feed for stocks. Futures are delayed 10 minutes or only end-of-day.
