Likely "they" will pump this up for a bit in the morning before it begins it's crash landing to $140 by Friday and $130 by next Friday.

The trouble for Netflix is that they are close to saturating their addressable market in the United States. Almost 50% of US households are now subscribers and it's reasonable to suggest that the low-hanging fruit are now almost gone. At $8 or so per month, Netflix is a non-essential item and getting the other 50% of households to jump onboard will be a far tougher sell. As it stands, Netflix funds its expensive original content "capex" using subscriber growth and it's far from certain whether subscriber revenue growth is enough to offset rising costs.
