I would fully trust autonomous any day. Much moreso than your average road tard with rage or self importance.

Sometimes the subtitles say it better than I could.

Sometimes, it's just funny what is being said

I won't trust my life to an AI, I think it's safer if the man is driving himself

Bob and Doug trusted AI. Trusted it to send them 250 miles above a blue and green ball that is traveling at some 4 miles per second around another floating ball.
Together, these two floating ablls are traveling some 500,000 mph around a galaxy.

Somehow, this AI on a 3D path, Connected and airlocked them to about a 3m doorway in the middle of low earth orbit.
The same madman responsible for their safety, is behind the 2D AI

    sure, i would trust it.

As of today, 50% in favor of riding driverless. Maybe time to see how many would take a joy ride on one of Elon's rockets.

Only a dummy would get in front of a car without a driver.

Nada chance, my vote to trust stands pat.

Again, road tards that think they can drive, or they own the road.

A computer can make many mistakes, and correct them, in the same event and almost instantaneously.

Some road tards, I can count the seconds pass before you see the lightbulb light up, if it ever does.

Absolutely. I've always wanted to be in a Phillip K Dick novel. This might be the first real way to do that outside of my Johnny Walker Director's Cut whiskey...

Voted yes, although it is a older thread the technology has advanced even more. AI is not a joke and should not be ignored. We have robotic dogs that can jump rope better than humans ever could. I grew up jumping trash cans on a bicycle.

These modern kids grew up with technology that was unheard of. ELON is a great example, I can only imagine what little X will accomplish in his generation.

Yes I would it's all safe before it comes out. They hook up the Google map vehicles already to drive safe. Same thing.

At the moment I would not rely on Tesla's autopilot as it is far not perfect. But... But I guess that Tesla will be the 1st vendor to produce completely self-driving cars on the market. *fingers crossed*

Today I watched a vid on Youtube about the new Audi Concept. It looks insane. Even Model S Plaid seems now like a car from the Stone Age.
