Quick analysis of ROKU; this morning I was reading some news about it and that lead to this brief view. Weekly chart, to get a more "panoramic" idea. ROKU made an apparent double top during first half of 2021 and since phase has lost about 70-80% of its value. The short and med term trend is clearly downward, as indicated by slope of both 20/50 weeks moving average lines, both angling down; confirming the previous view we also can observe that price since "double top" phase has fallen continuously, making lower lows and lower highs. Interesting to see that level of activity around this stock, part of a group of hype stocks labelled "SMART" (previously we had FANG group...), has declined a lot; compare the level of activity (volume) until early 2021 and after that period. The price tested the 70-80$ level (zone) with apparent success, reacting with some verve, but in this volatile stage as markets are today, it is necessary to act with caution. Caution and chicken soup never harmed nobody... Those who bought in this zone (70-80$) bought apparently well and should watch this zone as an exit zone, in case the price retracts again.
