    why pay to take the company private when you can just let the stock get delisted, they're not using it for currency anyway! There are times when you invest in something you have no business being in, this company isn't being run for its shareholders. This is what a BK looks like. This equity will go away and this company will come back new, you will be wiped out one way or another.

    Deal with AMZN to sell stuff !


    Sears Holdings Corp SHLD 18.78% shares surged more than 20 percent Thursday on news that it will begin selling Kenmore appliances through Amazon.com, Inc. AMZN 0.4%.

    Consumers can now buy Kenmore air conditioners on Amazon.com, and Sears plans to offer the full line of Kenmore products through the site soon.

    Amazon is taking over the world. I'm 21 and it's safe to say people my age shop at 3 places: target, amazon, and grocery stores (although it seems amazon might take over the grocery industry too).

    Obviously we need execution details, but this could radically change things for them long-term. BK risk just took a huge notch down!
