I assume he's probably hedging a long stock position? Or was misquoted...like all our politicians @Talon I agree about tesla. Totally over valued. ~100% gain from the low in Feb. ???
I agree with that, I feel bearish but accept the direction the market takes and feel it might stay up here and churn for a while. The LT monthly looks like its falling apart though:
Still very long consumer, energy, and healthcare here while being short brick-and-mortar. $CSC is up 30% on merger news today while $BBY dropped 7% despite earnings beat. For whatever reason, Tech Trader is short a bunch of brick-and-mortar mattress companies $MFRM and $TPX; looking forward to see how those turn out. https://www.techtrader.ai/wall/?date=1464151413&post=9458
VRX starting to move...will be interesting to see what that one does. $29.50 first stop if it ever gets there?
DOW took 2x100 mg Viagra pills yesterday and popped another 100mg Viagra pill today. Would not short now until Viagra wears off.
bird's eye view of the markets heading into the lunch hour: market heat map: ER after the close today: $COST $HPQ $WSM $PVH $PLKI $LGF $GES $NTAP $PSTG $CPRT $APIC $BLOX $SPTN $TDW
What is good for the markets is that appears the markets have accepted a rate hike in June as financials lead the markets higher. Like I have said in many threads if your not invested in financials you are going to miss the big ride up when the Feds do raise rates...TTT
