There may be a divergence in the Shanghai Composite index. RSI hit 80 a month-and-half ago. Instead of price pulling back, it kept going up. Also steel is looking weak.

Despite poor macro-economic data and slumping earnings expectations, investors extended a months-long recovery, reassured in part by recent dovish signals from central banks. 3M sales declined 5% y/y, and announced they will cut employment for 2,000 globally. These employment cuts are starting in a handful of businesses.

Looks like the SPX will fall just short of hitting the new intraday ATH today, but probably it will do so pretty soon and could be as soon as next week
LXRX up 17% after hours, their drug Zynquista got approved by the European Commission. Seems the EC is headquartered in Brussels and it is currently 10:15 pm on Friday evening there. Who the heck makes a drug approval announcement at that time?
Not sure, maybe it was approved earlier today but they just waited till AH to release the news? It was a positive news though so it was a little odd if they decided not to release during market hours
