The stock (QS) up huge today

 

LOVE up big after earnings Thanks to @anotherdevilsadvocate bringing this company to my attention My entry wasn’t great but still up around 10%

 

ABBV near HOD even the market is near LOD Slow moving stock but it is a dividend play for me, yield at around 4.77%

 

I got back in LOVE around 28 when I saw it bouncing from 23.50 support, looked like it was in a trading range.
Got nervous right before the ER that it would get resisted at the top of the trading range but it popped this morning to peek above the range. Out of it now.


I think the market will head down in January, because "if not then, then never", so I'm not going to try to hold on for a breakout.
The low for 2021 will not be on January 1, and right now I'm looking for a good year next year.

 

Next year should be a good year for equities, the world has to be in a better shape next year than this year right? Well at least I hope so

 

One thing I am skeptical about is corporate taxes under Biden. If he rolls back Trump's corporate tax breaks, will acceptable P/Es decline?

 

With the Republicans likely to gain seats in the Congress, Biden probably will have a very tough time to hike taxes

 

The NDX streak of 10 straight up days ends.

Another strong earnings report from RH. I guess as long as the stock market goes up and the wealthy are doing well, the wealthy customers will continue to spend for those luxury furniture at RH

Nope I wish I was able to get in at the IPO prices I am interested in this company though, might get in when the shares start to cool off after the initial surge
