I know Arby's said they wouldn't...then they came out with the Marrot as Jrich posted lol. Isn't Tim Hortons owned by Buffett? And I think Buffett also owns QSR which owns Burger King; Burger King was using the Impossible Burger.
NFLX not doing so hot after earnings, let's see if it will put a little bit of a pressure for the market tomorrow
got in some beyond meat, better late than never, lets see if it has any steam left in it. LULU has been doing really well for me over the past couple weeks. will continue to hold that.
so...how 'bout them markets eh? nice little BTFD action in the indices today...let's see if it can hold the green prints by the close.
Fed’s Williams says to ‘act quickly’ to lower rates rates during ‘economic distress’ https://www.cnbc.com/2019/07/18/fed...s.html?__source=sharebar|twitter&par=sharebar Yeah not sure if this headline has anything to do with it, but stocks and gold seemed to go up when this headline hit
I thought NFLX and tech were going to lead this market lower today, but this market remains BTFD market I guess as long as the FED remains dovish and the economy isn’t falling apart
Traders see 50% chance of half-point rate cut in July after Fed's Williams remarks https://www.marketwatch.com/story/t...n-july-after-feds-williams-remarks-2019-07-18 Yeah seems like the words from Williams caused that little spike
Fed Hints At Rapid Return To ZIRP, Sends Everything Soaring As Dollar Plunges https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-07-18/stocks-bonds-dollar-slump-bitcoin-bullion-jump Now it seems like if the FED doesn’t cut 0.5% this month then it would be a disappointment for the market
haha, i know i've said this before but i'll say it again, but we might as well just go straight to QE infinity again at this rate
Hey, newbie here, my first post. Dow up 3.12 pts today. Doncha love these quiet days with tiny gains? My favorite, no drama. SWAN - sleep well at night! KB in San Diego
Already factored into today’s market. Tomorrow will be forgotten. Go watch a movie, and everything will be fine!
i forgot to post this chart in here yesterday, but yeah you can def. see the recent spike there for a 0.50% cut probability. we haven't had an interesting fomc meeting announcement in a very long time...so many of them have been of the "as expected' outcomes. but, for this upcoming meeting no one really knows for sure what we're gonna see...it really could be anything
I think the data lately are solid enough for the FED to wait, the market would be very upset though if we get no cut after the recent speeches from the FED officials
