hah wasn't aware of this 'till now but this could be our first green friday in the past 7 weeks saw this chart on STA that shows the historical performance of the market since 1950 before and after a 7 or more down friday losing streak. when the streak has ended the market had been higher the next 30-60 days historically speaking.
I had some buys in about 20% off the lows today and shit, totally blew threw those in 5 min. Talk about insta red. Got the buy notification and logged in to see insta 15% down I was like wtf.
Or maybe short covering ahead of the weekend. Number of COVID-19 cases are going to double in most major cities by Monday.
I think by the end of next week we may have a better idea of the scope now that testing kits are available in most major areas of population.
Same here--I'm back to PT unfortunately (injured last year, was out several months) but now I have a bit of time to do more research!
I was just discussing this with a work friend! We're both getting slammed in our 401ks like everyone else, he told me he stopped his contribution "until it starts to rally!" I told him to add more here if he can. We agreed to disagree.
