I saw that a restaurant started asking its customers to give them a 1-star review to screw with Yelp's new algorithms. Yelp has always been shady. Might be catching up to them. Might be a buying opp.
Anyone in T-Mobile (TMUS)? I was speaking with my CFO yesterday, where he said it looks like a good trade, and could be in for acquisition in the next few years....
I like TMUS more than the others (VZ, T, S). I think S will be the one that gets acquired (but I like TMUS as a company more).
alright, thanks. espn strikes again it seems, lol. ive been in and out of it, i sold monday afternoon. plan to buy today at open and more if it gets a 6 handle on it. frost buying is a non event, that shouldnt be the reason u want this stock. their pipeline has alot of potential and they have like no debt, good cash flow, but their growth is not good right now, your basically waiting on 3 major things, HgH, Rayaldee to ramp up and 4kScore reimbursement. unless your looking to hold long term it is going to be a bumpy ride.

nice little recovery for the markets after that early move lower ... just a lunch time bounce here and more downside to come by eod? vix back around 10-11 today ... that used to seem so low but now feels so high lol
I know lol, It was kinda historical for me to see the VIX basically saying below of 10s all day long Retail sales data will be out tomorrow. I guess we will see whether the consumers really aren't spending money based on the weak earnings by the retailers today, or they are just spending online
yep same here. i was just checking out the historical data for vix going back at least 15 years and i see we never actually spent an entire day (open, high, low, close) below 10 like we almost did on tuesday. i think it's only happened like 5 times in history and those all happened in 1993 yeah that will be a big # for sure thx for that reminder. i believe we also get cpi tomorrow? this morning's ppi came in pretty hot across the board. looks like rate hike odds for the june meeting are creeping up to almost a sure thing at this point.
Yeah the CPI is tomorrow, if we get a hot number then June rate hike probably is close to a done deal unless we get some really bad data in the coming weeks
