The VIX below 12s Might not be a bad idea to go long on volatility here despite it might take awhile to be paid off
A few stocks that reported earnings last night. CENT kept to its downtrend Guidance for next quarter is weak (negative EPS) but they think they will be able to turn the year around after that. ADSK had a solid report, and the guidance points to a bright future. It looks like its following the footsteps which ADBE laid out a few years back. VEEV had a solid report, but the stock is suffering a harsh reversal today. Looks like it needs time to consolidate its 600% gains since Jan 2016. Priced at 25x sales. VMW had a nice report; although it is down today, it will be able to recover.
