Is there an app or something that can help with choosing stocks to put on a watchlist to assist beginners like me keep track of potential stocks I may be interested in? Start with what you know. What car do you drive? Ford? GM? TSLA? Add those stocks. What bank do you use? Add that stock. Where do you shop? Walmart? Add that stock, What toothpaste do you use? Who makes it? Add that stock. What field of work are you involved in? Who are your competitors? Add those stocks. Keep doing that and fill your watch list with companies that you understand, use their products or are interested in following. That is a good start.
