Remarkable results from Iceland in this tournament. I was realistic about their chances against France so 5-2 wasn't much of a shocker. Sad there won't be France-Germany final. The teams are fantastic this year.
I am going to treat the France-Germany match as the Finals I will root for Wales though if they reach the Finals, I want to see another non soccer superpower winning just like Denmark did in 1992 and Greece in 2004
well have to agree with you... France - Germany IMO should be a final but I had a feeling this year could be the "little" team winning the cup.. I still think the "grid" wan't thought honestly (for what has gone on in corruption with FIFA nothing surprise me) why all the strongest had to eliminate each other any way who ever manage not to go to extra time + penalty and have less players injured - disqualified will be the winner.. France start to play better but so far they haven't had a good strong opponent ... Germany will be the others is a lucky draw.... IMO Ronaldo like Bale will make the difference ...
don't forget tonight (3pm for you NY time) match Portugal - Wales friendly here but.... the difference is that Bale drags a team, Ronaldo gets carried away by a team
Yeah the bottom half of the draw is really tough, teams like Italy or Spain could go further if they got luckier with the draw I probably will root for France tomorrow, Germany already won the World Cup 2 years ago so I kinda want another team to win a major trophy I guess Portugal finally played a good game, Ronaldo finally showed his class and what a great header it was for the first goal
Yeah I think Portugal got lucky, but you need luck to win a big tournament I guess lol. I might actually root for them on Sunday, France or Germany has won a big tournament before, so it would be nice to see another country winning a big trophy

Well, yesterday's match wasn't the most glorious win I've ever seen but I will take it. Seems to me France will take the cup. Good thing they won't need to carry it back home for too long
don't forget today is the "D" day FINAL 9pm (3 pm NY) Portugal - France Grizman-Ronando who score 1° both got weaker defense but good attack ...... IMO the French goalkeeper could make the difference lets have a good game and the best win
Will root for Portgual today, Ronaldo should definitely be considered as one of the best ever if Portgual win today. France has to be the favorite though, overall they are more talented and they are playing at home
I was right on goalkeepers.... that would make the difference but was the Portuguese that save the mach he made excellent save he couldn't get at it GOAL felt sorry for Ronaldo....
