Boeing loses case against BDRBF (Bombardier) - reverses US court ruling over sale to Delta of 75 CS 100's: "What happened to Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) on Friday is like one of those NFL games where one team piles up yardage and time of possession only to lose the game because the other team scored on a last-minute Hail Mary. The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted unanimously that Boeing was not harmed by the sale of 75 Bombardier CS100s to Delta Air Lines in early 2017 and that tariffs amounting to nearly 300% would not be applied to any sale of the Canadian-built aircraft. The decision was a stunner, no doubt about that. The U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative had, at every step in the proceedings, ruled in Boeing’s favor, recommending an antidumping duty of more than 212% and a countervailing duty of more than 79% on every Bombardier plane imported into the United States."
on JD - terrific move & break-out - this could go to $100 within the next year imo. TAL is another fav for online China. BZUN is one to keep an eye on as well OCUL: 5.57 + 7%

For options traders, the $VIX seems to be finding upward resistance at 15. Those May 10 puts at around .20 look like a cheap entry into fading volatility for those who think this is a buy-the-dip moment.

KONE real nice which i opted to go with over XRX. Sold rest of MNLO & IMGN which overbought but not sure i will be shorting this time - has not been pulling back as much lately so not really worth it imo. And question for you @Neil Allen - how many monitors do you work with? Just started working with 2 last year but need at least 1 more if not 2!!

Too funny - shorted & ended up holding INSM longer than i wanted b/f covering back in Sept which had me swearing off anything related to GS BUT see it finally hit my initial $25.50 short target today! forgot so back to add - might wanna keep ADOM on radar - bottom play, oversold with nice vol today.
don't know how i ever managed with just one monitor so you're no help here veridesk is something i would so like but would have to redo entire space for it AND my money is on baby KALA @ this point!!!!!
