forgot to ask so what did you mean by this because i thought that was short scalp - was done in about 10-15 minutes ?
got ahead of myself - little ODP green gone - still not ready to move off that bottom and fill the gap.
I am back... beautiful stage (cycling)... now to stocks CCXI nice move... I wasn't expecting it today..(
Fireopal where are you? counting the $$$$$ AMD getting very interesting it is few days that ha din mind to do a swing......or to $5 I have to go and see-read Tiptoptrader thread... he is the master on those
you asked me a question that needs hours to answer and a good English ...isn't my case.. I would say that scalping entails taking profits on small price changes shortly after a trade is entered. otherwise we go into day trading stay in long any way during all this years I hear dall sort of name so IMO each one can call it whatever one like when I have learned to scalp (been taught by a professional scalper) was an in-out max 2min ... used to do anything from 50 to 80 trades a day The main goal is to buy (or sell) a number of shares at the bid (or ask) price and then quickly sell them a few cents higher (or lower) for a profit. Many small profits can easily compound into large gains. and learn to lose less etc...etc... like everything else... with time I got more knowledgeable found a strategy-plan that do with my state of mind (psychology) and now I do only few trades that give me more profit... and so on... don't like to bore you with my dull story
now that I got mine potential winners for Monday I can close here enjoy the w/e..... spend some profit will make you feel better
no way i will be scalping like that anytime soon and my scalp was definitely a VERY long one compared to what you have explained/do. Trading like that would totally stress me out and i would probably be taking drugs or doing some heavy drinking after the close!!! Thanks for taking the time to answer because i never realized that some people trade like that
Like I posted on my picks thread I am not playing any more Brazilian stocks until I see some stabilization. When they do turn around they should have some great bounces The real extended its weekly decline as Brazil's political issues weakened expectations that a new economic team put in place by acting President Michel Temer will be able to fix the country's economy quickly, Bloombergreports. The real fell by 0.6% to 3.6044 per dollar earlier this afternoon. The currency slumped by 2.3% this week. Investors' concerns about Brazil's ongoing political crisis were amplified after recordings were released that suggested Temer's PMDB party was looking to block the corruption investigation started at state-run oil giant Petrobras
please to hear that TT.... quite a while I stop those... but many time there is always some that get away .... I shouldn't post it but Italy is quite corrupted but many stocks (solid enterprises) are doing well just a sinfo sometime ago I was reading these http://www.heritage.org/index/country/brazil http://www.focus-economics.com/countries/brazil http://www.forbes.com/sites/nathani...economic-and-political-problems/#2aeb25ea3da5
btw don't forget that that this summer Brazil got the Olympic... some money should come in into many firms.... we need/have to bet on the winners
