lol...he may be trying to gobble up the entire remaining float - then, for the small remaining stock out. - he can make a tender offer to the Board (which he controls) which they can't refuse (because of golden para. etc.). So, if there are 2M shares left in the open market, he can offer $25 in a takeover bid (like Dell did), and then the remaining stockholders would receive $25. Very shrewd, and the bond holders are bound to get screwed imo. So, until he finished buying in the open market the stock should continue bouncing between $16 - $24. We'll see. It's a cheap way for him to buy the co.

REV's only moving today because of Perelman's insider buys - bonds are down, so no one has any confidence that this move is legit. - if Perelman made a tender offer today - he'd have to offer some kind of premium, so the remaining stockholders may receive $30 - $35 per share. However, just like many times before - once the "insider buying effect" wears off - he'll let it sink again to $18ish and then continue his buying spree. If the bonds start to move up, then all bets are off and investor confidence in future earnings is real. However, right now the bonds are going nowhere - and there are tons for sale @ over 10%. Now, that's "junk" in all caps. On IMGN - living up to its manic reputation

I think ATVI just bottomed out in a channel. I have it charted in my journal if anyone wants to ser how i arrived at that. but am on my phone now, so cant post. Im looking for around $68 by the end of october.
