Uhh, yeah: https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2022/dec/12/elon-musk-booed-dave-chappelle-san-francisco-show What a tool. And what was Dave thinking bringing him out? That was totally cringeworthy.
Elon got a wake up call. Im not sure what he was thinking. He fired thousands of employees, 99% of which have nothing to do with the banning or moderation policies at twitter. Everybody in SF knows somebody that was fired because of him, and he expects cheers? Also dont you find it weird how a guy that sleeps on the office floor because he works so hard has time to shit post memes all day? His image was curated all these years to make it seem like his wealth is the result of him simply working harder than everybody else. Remember the "Elon Musk lives in a tiny prefab home!". Yeah sure, all his 12 mansions around the world are empty because he lives in a tiny 1 bedroom prefab at SpaceX, so inspiring! Im waiting for SpaceX and Tesla to distance themselves, this is horrible PR.
Tesla Can and Might Distance Away from Musk. No Way SpaceX can Distance itself from Musk. Its Private and Elon’s Trust Owns a Big Chunk. I’m not sure exactly how much of SpaceX his Trust Owns. I’m not Sure that Elon Cares so much for Money and in Turn Shareholders. Hence why he’s acting this way lately. For him, it is More about Innovation and Break Through Inventions. -IndependentCandy14
He may be rich and not give shit anymore, but people in the real word still do. And they told him what they thought. He came out arms up and then withered like a flower when the boos came. Reality's a real B like that.
Sometimes it's entertaining to sit back and watch the babies whine. Better than having front row tickets at the Bozo show.
The latest episode of tweetergate is getting ridiculously funny. The public was never supposed to see what went on behind the scenes. Desperate people do anything to control the narrative including shooting themselves in the foot.
Been a day or 3 on this subject. Time to wake up the robots and see how the chips fall. Kinda wild what's starting to unfold.
I believe this type of antic which will amuse millenials and annoy geezers like me, although I'm not annoyed, will help the Twitter brand. It's drama and drama gets people talking. Twitter is people talking so it closes the loop. Certainly, this is far more productive than Elons excursions into political topics.
Twitter (Im not calling it X!) has lost 70% of its value https://themessenger.com/tech/elon-musk-x-twitter-valuation I would say its time for a big rebrand back to "twitter" which was an amazing and well recognized global brand, take the company public again!
