I don't know about best, trading OTC is not really my thing. But Interactive Brokers (aka IBKR) has some. Usually they are no commissions but for OTC stocks like Nintendo, Tencent I've had to pay $1 per trade; if you buy a lot of shares the commissions might be higher.
Way too many new arrivals all looking to trade OTC penny shit. Prepare to lose all your money. All these tiktoks and social media showing you crazy gains? You are about to lose your ass.
@Scott Simmons many of us learned the hard way, the first $6k i invested back in 2003 was all wiped out on pennies, don't do it. Take your time, read this board, learn how to read charts, learn how to play insider trades, do some paper trading. It will pay off if you have some patience. stick to stocks that are over $1 and aren't pink sheets, that is when I started to make money.
If you want to trade pennies, fine. Try it for even a solid month first on paper trading. Paper trade the same dollar amount you plan to deposit and see if you make money that first month.
