Invest in the 6th most influential person in the world!! YouTube star Markiplier!!! (12.8 million followers)

(According to Variety magazine, http://variety.com/2015/digital/news/youtubers-teen-survey-ksi-pewdiepie-1201544882/ )

    I'm sure you're wondering why?

For an example, YouTube star PewDiePie's "This Book Loves You" is a parody of self-help books, released on 20 October 2015 by Penguin Group. "This Book Loves You" became a New York Times Bestseller and remained on the list for a week. ( http://www.nytimes.com/best-sellers-books/2015-11-08/young-adult-paperback/list.html )

Unfortunately it's a privately held company otherwise it would have made for a great investment opportunity! ( http://www.outerminds.com/About )

For an example 2, let's look at Ipsy.com, the box subscription service co-founded by YouTube star Michelle Phan (8.5 million followers). Ipsy reportedly generates more than $150 million in annual revenues. ( http://www.recode.net/2014/10/27/11632302/michelle-phan-youtube-star-to-startup-founder )

Unfortunately this one too is a privately held company otherwise it would have made for a great investment opportunity!

***Fortunately for us Markiplier has NOT done this yet!***

***BUT I believe the groundwork is being laid for him to capitalize on his popularity even at this very moment. ***

    ------------------------------------------------

    Now let's take a LOOK at Markiplier (12.8 million followers) ( http://socialblade.com/youtube/user/markipliergame )

Mark Fischbach (Markiplier) joined the board of comic book publisher Red Giant Entertainment in November 2014. ( http://www.marketwired.com/press-re...nts-board-of-directors-otcbb-redg-1967146.htm ) ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Markiplier )

I will have my own comic… that I will be in!” announced panel host Markiplier to the cheers of the packed crowd. Markiplier will be starring in an all-new Red Giant Entertainment original graphic novel that will be made available for sale in both print and digital formats through mass-market retail locations worldwide. ( http://globenewswire.com/news-relea...ic-Con-2015-to-Packed-Panel-Presentation.html )

Red Giant Launches New ZWAG BOX™ Product
“We’re pleased to announce that for our first subscription box, and running for the first four months, we will include an exclusive version of the much-anticipated MARKIPLIER four part mini-series comic book! These will be versions that collectors will only be able to get by subscribing to ZWAG BOX.” ( http://zwagbox.com/ )

PowFolio to Launch in Time for Free Comic Book Day
(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Red Giant Entertainment, Inc. (OTC:REDG), an Intellectual Property development company, in partnership with Glowdot Productions, Inc., an innovative app development company based in Santa Monica, California, announced today the launch date for PowFolio, a revolutionary new free-to-read comic book app built on a proprietary publishing and content delivery platform, set for May 5, 2016.
PowFolio users gain instant access to thousands of comics on their Apple iOS devices to read absolutely free and completely streaming. With an unparalleled, proprietary compression engine, readers can experience high-quality comics at faster speeds than ever before.
And because it’s streaming, readers never have to worry about PowFolio comics being a resource hog. Readers can enjoy as many comics as they want, from some of their favorite publishers, without worrying about space. ( http://globenewswire.com/news-relea...o-Launch-in-Time-for-Free-Comic-Book-Day.html )

***In my personal opinion there's a heck of an opportunity here presenting itself!***

***Can ZWAG BOX be the Next Ipsy.com?? Can Markiplier's comic sell like PewDiePie's book? What do you think??***

***I also believe this is just the beginning, there's a lot more in the pipeline, take a look at this. ***

    For an example 3
, On 24 September 2015, YouTube star PewDiePie released his long-awaited video game PewDiePie: Legend of the Brofist and became the top-grossing paid game in the United States, in less than two hours after its release. The game is developed by Canadian game developer Outerminds in collaboration with Kjellberg (PewDiePie) himself.

Yet another missed opportunity, this one too a privately held company otherwise it would have made for a great investment!

BANDAI NAMCO Games America Inc. and Red Giant Entertainment Inc. (OTC:REDG), have announced they are in partnership talks to provide more comic influenced games like Outcast Odyssey. Tony Colafrancesco, Director of Business Development for BNGA says, "We see a great opportunity to build immersive gaming experiences that allow comic fans to be closer to the books they love." Benny R. Powell, CEO for Red Giant Entertainment Inc. added, "We couldn't be more excited to work with such an influential and innovative company. We look forward to the many exciting developments ahead." -

For an example 4, Smosh: The Movie is a 2015 American comedy film (which also contains some science fiction material) directed by Alex Winter, and distributed by 20th Century Fox in the U.S./Canada and by Lionsgate Internationally. The film stars the YouTube comedy duo Smosh (which consists of Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox) as well as appearances from other YouTube stars, such as Jenna Marbles, Grace Helbig, Markiplier, and Harley Morenstein. This is Smosh's first theatrical film, and revolves around Smosh going inside YouTube virtually to alter a clip that will ruin Anthony's chances of winning over his crush, Anna. REDG Potential Revenues
    --------------------------------------------------

    PowFolio Projected Revenues

How to Calculate Ad Revenue Per Download

    Step 1
Calculate ad impressions per 100,000 users who download an app, test and discard it. A Stanford Venture Lab presentation notes that 85 percent of 100,000 users install the app and then delete it after about five minutes of use. About 95 percent of these have an Internet connection needed to download ads. Multiply 0.85 by 0.95 by 100,000 to determine the number of users per 100,000 who download apps with ads and then delete them. This equals 80,750. Divide five minutes by 30 seconds to find ad impressions, which equals 10. Multiply 10 by 80,750 users to find total impressions. This equals 807,500.

    Step 2
Calculate ad impressions per 100,000 users who download an app and retain it. The Stanford Venture Lab presentation notes that 15 percent of 100,000 users install the app and retain it. Ninety-five percent of these have Internet access. Multiply 100,000 by 0.15 by 0.95 to find the number of users with Internet access who retain the ad, which equals 14,250 users. The lab also notes that users who retain apps use them for about 10 minutes a day (this information is based on games not a reader app so you can practically double this) for 21 days. Multiply 10 times 21 to find total minutes, which equals 210. Each ad lasts 30 seconds, so multiply 210 minutes times two to find total ads, which equals 420 ads per user. Multiply by 14,250 to find total ad impressions per 100,000 users who retain downloaded apps with ads. This equals 5,985,000.

    Step 3
Calculate revenue per 100,000 users. Add 807,500, the number of ad impressions by users who don't retain the app, and 5,985,000, the number of ad impressions by users who do. This equals 6,792,500. Use Stanford Venture Lab's average revenue estimate of $3 per 1,000 add impressions: 6,792,500 impressions divided by 1,000 times = 6,792.5 X $3 equals $20,377.50 mobile ad revenue per 100,000 app Download's.
(Remember we expect them to be on it lot longer than 10 minutes so it could even be as high as $45,000.00)

This is just the base and does not include subscription or up-sells

So with just a mere five million download this product can generate $2,250,000 in a very small window of its launch date!

Good - company trying to profit off success of youtube star. Its a fresh idea I think

Bad - subpenny stock that might have a lot of garbage attached to it. Any big shareholders, toxic debt or reverse splits coming?

The CEO has pledged no reverse split since the beginning of the company.

Q: Has anything changed with regards to your stance on a reverse split?

A: Our stance has not changed. Right now we are focused on getting current and working with auditors, CPA and lawyers to do just that.

Q: Will you continue your corporate buy-back?

A: Right now our focus and finances are devoted to POWFOLIO, ZWAG BOX and launching our publishing line. If we find a surplus of funds from any or all of these sources to warrant a continuation of our buy-back campaign, we will make that call at that time.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There was some toxic debt taken out maybe 2 years ago, there was some shares to hit the market maybe a week ago but we believe this to be the last one.

They were practically pre-revenue until just a couple weeks ago.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As far as large shareholders, all I can tell you is there's definitely a large group of advocate fans who owns the majority of the shares (at much higher prices). There's a dedicated Facebook group with more than a thousand members.

Ill tell you the problem I see.

To be taken seriously they cant be a triple zero stock.

Most of the people I know would not bother touching the stuff in the 0.0001 range.

A reverse split to something "normal" for a penny stock like .20 or .50 might make it a bit more appealing to a larger audience.

Im pretty sure the CEO and board have discussed this already but do not want to freak out the current shareholders.

I believe they will do a buyback program, they have done so in the past.

I personally do not believe they will need it. It's not a question of IF but WHEN we see the financials.

I've just been doing my homework and this is a very early alert is all

The going rate for a pre-revenue app company.

According to the sharks on Shark Tank, they're evaluating them at anywhere from 3 million to 10 million dollars and pre-revenue! I don't see too many apps going on there that are not pre Revenue but when they do and they like them they can get evaluations around 20 million + depending on their Market.

    + ZWAGBOX generating revenues now!

+ Markiplier comic Series featuring youtube star who has 12.8 subscribers!

+ plus all the other stuff in the pipeline!

Just imagine the shark fight they would have over this.

The big question is what would the total company evaluation be at this point?

In my personal opinion, I think the low ball evaluation would be 35 million and that's 15 million for POWfolio, 15 million for ZWAGBOX (this is very low, this is the big money maker) and 5 million for Markiplier comic Series.

I personally believe at this very moment if these guys were to go to Shark Tank it could be as high as 50 million.

So now lest do some math.

35 million divided by six and a half billion shares = .0054 More than a half cent is are true value right now just at 35 million evaluation."

I totally respect your opinion, granite you probably know a lot more than I do in this penny land and I just happened to stumble across this a few months back with my son and being an avid comic book fan myself I decided to invest and thought I would share with others because as I started digging, I started seeing the big potential here.

It's confirmed 10,000 Subscribers in less than 30 days!!! https://www.facebook.com/zwagbox/posts/836263949838649 This is absolutely incredible news because the fastest growing superhero/comic subscription box (loot crate) took over a YEAR to get 10k subscribers.

Just imagine the potential subscribers that they could have by the end of San Diego Comic-Con in July! 20,000? 30,000? 40,000?
